- OPHS is proud to announce our new Nurse Practitioner, Ashley K. Parks, MS-FNP-BC. Mrs. Parks is a Family Nurse Practitioner skilled at assessing and treating the health needs of children and adults. Mrs. Parks has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in clinic settings in Chicago and Southfield. She previously worked as a Registered Nurse at St. John Providence Hosiptal and at Children's Hospital of Michigan. She is a member of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care and is Board Certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. In addition to working with health conditions common in most families, Mrs. Parks is interested in promoting health, helping to prevent disease, and reducing health risks.
