Our team includes a new executive, new leadership, and a new focused direction to initiate networking, partnerships and collaboration throughout the Pontiac Community and surrounding areas. Plans for growth and expansion include collaborating to have a 330H grant to include a centralized clinic specifically for the homeless and a 340B pharmacy.

OPHS services are available to all Oakland County residents and surrounding areas, regardless of their financial or insurance status.
The organization’s ultimate goal is providing comprehensive client-centered health and mental health services in an environment of acceptance, respect and dignity.
Working Hours
Fees & Insurance
Medicaid, Medicare, major health plans and private healthcare coverage are accepted. For instance: Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Wellness Plan and Great Lakes Health Plan.
Need health insurance?
Uninsured patients may apply for OPHS’ Family Assistance Plan (FAP), which affords many patients a discount on their office visit. (Lab work and procedures are already discounted.) Call +1 248-897-0900 for assistance.
