Census 2010 Kick-off

Oakland Primary Health Services is hosting a Census 2010 Kick-off Thursday March 25th from 9AM - 4PM.  OPHS is an official Questionnaire Assistance Center (QAC).  Beginning March 19th through April 19th 2010, Census 2010 staff will be on location.  All QAC staff will be available to answer questions and provide assistance in completing your 10-question Census 2010 form.

OPHS Launches WIC Program
Beginning in October 2009 OPHS will offer WIC program services. WIC is a governmental health program that provides nutritional testing and counseling. These services will be available on the first and third Tuesday of the month. For more information on the WIC program services you can access at OPHS please click here.
