Affordable Health Care
OPHS’ mission as a Federally Qualified Health Center is to provide high quality, affordable health care to all, regardless of their ability to pay. This is a charge that we take seriously. If you do not have insurance please speak with one of our staff to determine your eligibility to be on one of the health care programs or to ask about our sliding fee scale. Our sliding fee scale program provides a discount on health care services: including physician visits, labs, some procedures, selected dental procedures, etc. to patients based on family income and size.
